Cases that have a cost judgment or have been placed with a collection agency
Cases on which restitution is owed
Civil Traffic citations for
dismissal for valid proof
Violations for proof of insurance, registration, or driver's license will be dismissed by providing a copy of your insurance, registration, or driver's license that was valid at the time the citation was issued. Proof along with a $10.00 fee must be presented in person or by mail to the Clerk of the Circuit Court, within 30 days of the date the citation was issued.
Civil Traffic citations for which a
repair is completed
Violations for which the vehicle repair is completed with proof of completion must be presented in person within 30 days of the date the citation was issued for a reduced fine amount to be applied.
